ﺃﺜﺭ ﺘﻁﺒﻴﻕ ﻤﺩﺨل ﺍﻟﺠﻭﺩﺓ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻷﺩﺍﺀ ﺍﻟﺘﻤﻭﻴﻨﻲ ﻟﻠﻤﺅﺴﺴﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺼﻨﺎﻋﻴﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺠﺯﺍﺌﺭ :ﺩﺭﺍﺴﺔ ﻤﻴﺩﺍﻨﻴﺔ

ﺘﻬﺩﻑ ﻫﺫﻩ ﺍﻟﺩﺭﺍﺴﺔ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﺘﻌﺭﻑ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻹﻁﺎﺭ ﺍﻟﻤﻔﺎﻫﻴﻤﻲ ﻟﻸﺩﺍﺀ ﺍﻟﺘﻤﻭﻴﻨﻲ ﻭﺍﻟﺠﻭﺩﺓ ﺒﻭﺼﻔﻬﺎ ﺃﺤﺩ ﺃﻫﻡ ﻤﺩﺍﺨل ﺘﺤﺴﻴﻨﻪ، ﻭﺍﻟﻭﻗﻭﻑ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻭﺍﻗﻊ ﺍﻟﺠﻭﺩﺓ ﻭﻭﻀﻌﻴﺔ ﺍﻷﺩﺍﺀ ﺍﻟﺘﻤﻭﻴﻨﻲ ﺒﺎﻟﻤﺅﺴﺴﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺼﻨﺎﻋﻴﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺠﺯﺍﺌﺭ .ﻭﺇﻟﻰ ﺇﺒﺭﺍﺯ ﺍﻟﻜﻴﻔﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﻴﺴﺎﻫﻡ ﺒﻬﺎ ﺘﻁﺒﻴﻕ ﻤﺩﺨل ﺍﻟﺠﻭﺩﺓ ﻓﻲ ﺘﺤﺴﻴﻥ ﺍﻷﺩﺍﺀ ﺍﻟﺘﻤﻭﻴﻨﻲ ﻟﻠﻤﺅﺴﺴﺔ ﺒﻌﺭﺽ ﻭﺘﺤﻠﻴل ﻨﺘﺎﺌﺞ ﺍﻟﺩﺭﺍﺴﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﻴﺩﺍﻨﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺘﻤﺕ ﻓﻲ ﺸﺭﻜﺔ ﺍﻻﺴﻤﻨﺕ ﻋﻴﻥ ﺍﻟﺘﻭﺘﺔ ﺒﻭﻻﻴﺔ ﺒﺎﺘﻨﺔ. ﺘﻭﺼﻠﺕ ﺍﻟﺩﺭﺍﺴﺔ ﺇﻟﻰ ﻋﺩﺓ ﻨﺘﺎﺌﺞ، ﺃﻫﻤﻬﺎ :ﺘﺩﻫﻭﺭ ﻤﺴﺘﻭﻯ ﺍﻷﺩﺍﺀ ﺍﻟﺘﻤﻭﻴﻨﻲ ﻟﻠﻤﺅﺴﺴﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺼﻨﺎﻋﻴﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺠﺯﺍﺌﺭ، ﻟﻜﻥ ﺒﺸﺭﻜﺔ ﺍﻹﺴﻤﻨﺕ ﻋﻴﻥ ﺍﻟﺘﻭﺘﺔ ﺍﺘﺴﻡ ﺒﺎﻟﺘﻁﻭﺭ ﺍﻹﻴﺠﺎﺒﻲ، ﺘﻁﻭﺭ ﺍﻻﻫﺘﻤﺎﻡ ﺒﺎﻟﺠﻭﺩﺓ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﺅﺴﺴﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺼﻨﺎﻋﻴﺔ ﺒﺎﻟﺠﺯﺍﺌﺭ، ﺤﻴﺙ ﺘﻤﺘﺎﺯ ﺍﻟﺸﺭﻜﺔ ﻤﺤل ﺍﻟﺩﺭﺍﺴﺔ ﺒﺠﻭﺩﺓ ﻤﻨﺘﻭﺠﻬﺎ ﻭﺘﺤﺎﻭل ﺘﺤﺴﻴﻥ ﺠﻭﺩﺓ ﺨﺩﻤﺎﺘﻬﺎ ﻭﺍﻵﺜﺎﺭ ﺍﻹﻴﺠﺎﺒﻴﺔ ﻟﺘﻁﺒﻴﻕ ﺍﻟﺠﻭﺩﺓ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻷﺩﺍﺀ ﺍﻟﺘﻤﻭﻴﻨﻲ ﻟﻬﺎ. The present study aims at recognizing the conceptual frame work related to supplying performance and quality as one of the important approaches of improving the company performance in such a sphere. also aspires to explore the reality of supplying Performance and quality in the Algerian industrial companies, and to expose and analyze some results of a related field study carried out in the cement company of Ain Touta - Batna. The study’s main results were: The deterioration of the supply performance of the Algerian Industrial Companies, while in the cement company it developed all along with a remarkable interest in quality, where we found out that the cement company is more concerned with quality due to the positive effects it has on its supply performance.
