ملخص: منذ قيام دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي في بداية الثمانينيات وتوقيع الاتفاقية الاقتصادية الخليجية الموحدة ظل أبناء هذه الدول يتطلعون الى تنفيذ بنود هذه الاتفاقية التي تنص على ان الهدف النهائي هو قيام تكامل اقتصادي بين دول الاعضاء يساعد على تحسين فرص التنمية لهذه الدول بتصحيح هياكلها الاقتصادية وزيادة تجارتها البينية وتقوية موقفها التفاوضي في تعاملها مع العالم الخارجي. من هنا هدفت الدراسة إلى تبيان دور التجارة البينية في تحقيق التكامل الاقتصادي بين دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي، مبينا الصعوبات والمعوقات التي واجهت مسيرة التكامل الاقتصادي، بالإضافة إلى توضيح أبعاد التكامل الاقتصادي بين دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي. وتشير نتائج الدراسة الى ان التجارة البينية لازلت متواضعة، وذلك لعدة أسباب منها: غياب السياسة التجارية الموحدة و اعتمادها على عناصر ومدخلات الإنتاج الأجنبية. Abstract: Since the creation of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) in the beginning of the eighties and the signing of the (GCC) united economic agreement, people of these countries did not cease looking to implement the terms of this agreement, which stipulates that the ultimate aim is the establishment of an economic integration between member states that would help to improve the development opportunities for these countries to correct their economic structures, to increase their intraregional trade and strengthen their bargaining position in dealings with the outside world. From here, this study aimed to demonstrate the role of intraregional trade in the achievement of economic integration between the countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council, noting the difficulties and obstacles that stand in front of the process of economic integration, in addition to clarifying the dimensions of economic integration between the countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council. The study results suggest that intraregional trade is still modest, for several reasons, including: the absence of the common commercial policy and its dependence on the elements ad inputs of foreign productions.
