هذه قراءة وصفية تحليلية لإشكالية تدريس اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بها؛ وقد تمّ التركيز على البيئة الفرنسية تحديدا، ليتم التعرّض لأهم العوائق التي تعترض المهتمين بهذا الموضوع والمشتغلين به. وقد كان محور الدراسة التطبيقي يتناول المعهد الأوروبي للعلوم الإنسانية بباريس أنموذجا ؛ والذي وقفنا من خلاله على الجهود المبذولة في سبيل تحقيق النجاعة في العملية التعليمية، وأهم الإشكاليات الحائلة دون تحقيق النتائج المرجوّة، مع تقديم رؤية – متواضعة - لإصلاح ما يمكن إصلاحه، والوصول إلى مدرسة نموذجية تمثّل الهدف المأمول للقائمين على تعليم اللغة العربية للناطقين بغيرها. Abstract: This is an analytical descriptive reading on the problem of teaching Arabic to non-native speakers; The French environment was emphasized, where the main obstacles were exposed. The focus of the applied study relates to the European Institute of Human Sciences in Paris as a model; in which we address the efforts to achieve efficiency in the educational process, and the most important problems that hinder the achievement of the desired results, with a vision of reform, and access to a model school that represents the desired goal for those who teach Arabic to non-Arabic speakers.
