الدور الاقتصادي لربة الأسرة العاملة وعلاقته بمشاركتها في اتخاذ القرارات الأسرية من وجهة نظر إسلامية The Economic Role Of Working Housewives And Its Relation To Her Participation In The Familial Decision-making Process From An Islamic Perspective

الملخص: تشارك المرأة منذ القدم في الحياة الاقتصادية والثقافية والاجتماعية، لكن عاد ظهور مشاركتها في العصر الإسلامي بشكل أكثر جدلا حول إجازة خروجها للعمل، ولأن الإسلام جاء ليحرر المرأة من قيود الجاهلية عكس ما تدعيه عادات وتقاليد المجتمعات العربية، فأجاز الإسلام عملها خارج المنزل عند الحاجة أو الضرورة، من جهة أخرى فرضت الظروف الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والسياسية في المجتمع مشاركة المرأة في التنمية، هذه الظروف التي جعلت المرأة المسلمة تتحدى كل العادات والتقاليد أمام دورها أُماً كانت أم زوجة، لتقف ربة الأسرة أمام مسؤوليات أسرتها وتحقيق متطلبات المجتمع كونها ملزمة داخل وخارج المنزل، ما أدى إلى تركيز الدراسات على آثار عملها خارج المنزل فتتضارب الآراء حول الأدوار الجديدة لها والتي تزيد من معاناة المرأة المسلمة، وكيف يسعى المجتمع إلى مساعدتها لتحمل الأعباء كونها عنصرا فعالا في التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، حيث تجد ربة الأسرة نفسها أمام مجموعة من القرارات الأسرية مادامت تشارك في الدخل الاقتصادي لأسرتها، ومنه هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى إسهام ربة الأسرة بعملها في دخل الأسرة، والتعرف على التأثير الاقتصادي لعمل ربة الأسرة على مشاركتها في اتخاذ القرارات الأسرية من وجهة نظر إسلامية، وما هي المجالات التي يسمح لها بالمشاركة فيها. Abstract: Since antiquity women took part in economic, cultural, and social life. However, in the Islamic era this matter reoccurred raising more controversy about the legitimacy of women’s involvement in labor. Unlike Arab societies’ customs and traditions, Islam liberated women from the shakles they endured during the Pre-Islamic period. Islam then further endorsed their setting-off to work when necessary. Furthermore , modern economic, social, and political circumstances even made women defy the customs of both their maternal and marital roles in order to meet up with community’s requirements inside the house and out. Recent studies focused on the effects (remnants) of this new role they assume with conflicting views which, either inflicts more suffrage upon women or attempts to aid their crucial role on both social and economical development, whereas working housewives contribution to the family’s income has placed them with an unprecedent set of familial decisions. Accordingly, this study aims at identifying: first, the extent to which laboring housewives partake in the domestic income. Second, distinguishing their occupation’s economic impact, from an Islamic point of view, on their part as decision-makers within family, and finally what domains they are permitted to be engaged in.
