الإعلام الثقافي في الجزائر دراسة تحليلية مقارنة لصحيفتي " الشروق اليومية " و "le Quotidien D’oran "

الملخَّـص: تعتبر وسائل الإعلام من الأدوات الهامة في الحصول على الثقافة، وجميع أشكال الإبداع لتوفير مختلف المعارف الثقافية وتكوين الخبرة للجماهير، لذلك فالمسؤولية ملقاة على عاتقها. ووسائل الإعلام باختلافها في الجزائر كبلد له خصوصيته الثقافية، والاجتماعية اهتمت بعد الاستقلال بالجانب الثقافي. وبالتحديد في الصحافة المكتوبة بهدف خلق وعي وتحسين قدرات ومهارات الأفراد والرقي بالمستوى الفكري، وحماية التراث ونشره والحفاظ على هوية الأفراد... ولما للحقل الثقافي من أهمية ارتأينا تسليط الضوء على الإعلام الثقافي عبر الصحف الجزائرية من خلال تحليل المضامين الثقافية الإعلامية، واخترنا صحيفتي الشروق اليومي و le quotidien d'oran اعتمادا على ثلاث معايير: معيار الركن الثقافي، معيار اللغة، معيار الانتماء. Résumé: Les medias sont considérés comme les outils essentiels pour l’obtention. Les différents créativités fourmi l’expérience chez le public…éte, pour cela les médias assument une grande responsabilité dans l’aspect culturel. L’Algérie, vu sa diversité culturelle après l’indépendance a donne une importance aux moyens des médias en particuliers la presse écrite qui joue un rôle fondamental dans l’amélioration des capacités des individus, leur niveaux intellectuels, préservation des cotumes ,… par conséquent leur identité. A cet effet, nous avons axé dans la présente étude sur l’information culturelles dans le presse écrite à partir de l’analyse de contenu des journeaux Echourouk Elyaoumi et le quotidien d’Oran. Abstract : Mass-media are considered as essebtial tools to obtain culture. The different creativities are acquired by the public. Experience…etc. Consequently ; Mass-media assume a big and important responsability in the cutlural aspect. Algeria, as every body knows, possesses a huge cultural diversity. This is why, a big importance was given the written press which plays a main role in the amelioration of the individual capacities, thier intellectual level, customs and traditions in addition to identity preservation. As for as we are concerned, we try to show in our research work the importance of the cultural information in the written press through the content of the Algerian daily newspapers « Echourouk Elyaoumi » and « Le quotidien d’Oran ».
