Thanks for watching ! / Place : Yemma Gouraya's Mountain (mother Gouraya's mountain)- Town : BEJAIA ( ALGERIA)-" Yemma Gouraya is a mountain that overlooks the city of Bejaia in Algeria. From a distance, it has the shape of a sleeping lady. It is 660 meters above sea level. This particular place is believed to be the burial place of the patron saint of the city "Yemma Gouraya", but no archaeological evidence exists. At the top, there is an old fort which is a part of a protected area. Climbing to the top is neither risky nor difficult, the path is paved all the way to the top, and there are small shops to buy both food and souvenirs. It takes about 10minutes of climbing by car to arrive at the spot where you continue the climb on foot.
