Synthesis Of A New Series Of Sulfonamides Containing Isatin Moiety

In the present work, a new series of sulfonamide derivatives containing isatin moiety were prepared. Our synthesis was carried out in two successive steps (acylation and condensation with different sulphonamide derivatives), using chlorosulfonyl isocyanate and isatin as starting materials. The structure of all compounds was elucidated by usual spectroscopic methods 1H, 13C NMR and IR.
