Saudi Arabian culture minister Iyad Madani (R) greets his Algerian counterpart Khalida Toumi with a gift of a holy Kaaba model 25 November 2007 during the inaugural ceremony of the Saudi Arabian "Culture Week" in Algeria at the Culture Palace in Algiers. Algiers was choosen as Arabic Culture Capital for the year 2007 by the Arab League.
