The LMD reform was initiated in Tunisia in 2004. It was to upgrade the Tunisian University by encouraging agents to Teach, Learn and evaluate otherwise.
Normally the teachers should be by informed about the objectives and the pedagogy of the reform. Unfortunately, the Reformation was conducted Top Down.
Ten years later, the results of the LMD reform are not always tangible. This article reports on a national survey conducted in May-June 2012 among a sample of teachers. It reports on how teachers have experienced the LMD reform. Better yet, it was accompanied by a resistance behavior of most teachers.
