Abstract This contribution analyses the poetic function of two punctuation marks in two of Belaïd Ait-Ali’s texts : Lwali n udrar and Jeddi. It aims at showing how punctuation helps to build their literary dimension; in other words, how it contributes to found and consolidate the aesthetic designs of the author.
