Iraqi Minister of Oil Hussein al-Shahristani speaks to the press during the opening session of an OPEC meeting in Cairo on November 29, 2008. OPEC kingpin Saudi Arabia said today that a firm decision on cutting oil output in the face of plunging prices would be made only at a cartel meeting next month in Algeria. Shahristani had said yesterday that 80 dollars a barrel was a "reasonable" price and that his country would support any OPEC decision to cut output.
