Evaluation De La Perception Humaine Et Sociale Du Système De Management Environnemental Au Niveau Des Entreprises Algériennes

تبين حالة إنشاء نظام الإدارة البيئية في الجزائر أن بعض الشركات الجزائرية نفذت معيار ايزو 14001 دون أي اعتبار لخصائصها ، وثقافتها وتاريخها ، مما جعل نظام الايزو ثقيل جدا ، وجعل هذه الشركات بعيدة كل البعد عن الغاية المطلوبة و هو حماية البيئة. الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو إجراء تقييم أداء نظام الإدارة البيئية في بعض الشركات الجزائرية مع الأخذ في الاعتبار البعد الإنساني والاجتماعي. لذالك علينا أن نذكر أن أدوات التحليل المستخدمة في هذه الدراسة هي أدوات تحليل النوعية التي تمكننا من إظهار أن نظام الإدارة البيئية هو بناء في المقام الأول، ثم تنفيذ، ثم نظام صيانة. The situation of setting up an Environmental Management System in Algeria reflects that some Algerian companies were established (implanted) the ISO 14001 standard without taking into account the characteristics of their culture and their history. Hence an establishment that made the system heavy and far from the objective stated by the standard in question which is protection of the environment. The goal of this study is to realize an evaluation of the performances of Environmental Management System of some Algerian companies by taking into account the human and the social dimensions. The analysis tools used in this study are those of quality, in order to show that an Environmental Management System is before all a construction, then a setting up and lastly a maintenance system.
