Eléments D’aide à La Décision Dans L’analyse Territoriale Application De L’acp Sur La Région Nord Ouest

L’utilisation des méthodes statistiques touche actuellement tous les secteurs de l’activité humaine. Parmi les nombreuses méthodes statistiques, l’Analyse Exploratoire des Données prend un intérêt majeur et connait une large utilisation de la part des chercheurs dans tous les domaines notamment en économie spatiale. Pour comprendre et gérer un territoire, il convient de le saisir dans ses aspects spatiaux, démographiques, sociaux et économiques, écologiques. L’analyse territoriale repose donc sur un large éventail d’informations. La présentation spatiale des informations implique et mobilise des méthodes statistiques, des modèles et des outils de simulation capables de produire des argumentaires propres à chaque dimension. D’où l’importance des méthodes d’analyse factorielle pour le dépouillement, le traitement et l’interprétation des données. Le tableau de bord constitue l’un des outils locaux utilisé en gestion du territoire qui permet la reconnaissance des spécificités locales. Dans ce papier nous proposons d’analyser le tableau de bord du SRAT à l’aide de l’analyse en composantes principales afin de démontrer l’importance de cette méthode dans la synthétisation et l’interprétation des données contenues dans ce tableau. Abstract_ It has become the use of statistical methods in common use in all areas of human activity , from among these methods are of exploratory method of analysis of the data of great importance and known widely used by researchers , especially in the field of spatial economy . To understand and manage a territory, it should be entered in its spatial, demographic, social and economic, ecological. The spatial representation of information calls for the use of statistical methods and models capable of producing reports pertaining to each dimension of the region and from here reflected the importance of global analysis methods for sorting , processing and interpretation of the data . Table data is one the most important means for the conduct of the local region, as it allows to know the local characteristics of the territory In this article we will analyze the data table for the regional scheme to create a region with the help of the analysis of basic compounds in order to illustrate the importance of this method is to summarize and interpret the data contained in the table.
