ورثة سوادنية صبحي خديخة ارملة شهيد سوادنية خميس وعزيز بلدية صالح بوالشعور ولاية سكيكدة الى السيد الوالي ولاية سكيكدة شـــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــكوى تهديم المسكن من طرف السلطات المحلية الدائرة والبلدية بدون تعويض يوم 24/12/2012 بصالح بوالشعور سكيكدة الموضوع/ حقوقنا نزعت منا عن طريق التعسف الاداري من طرف رئيس دائرة الحروش سكيكدة مسكن 03 غرف مغتصب من طرف كعرار لطفي 06 شارع تيفوتي سليمان بلدية صالح بوالشعور استلاء على المسكن بدون وجه حق ولا مبرر شرعي وصاحب مقاولة كهربائية وصاحب الشكارة وزوجته عضو في البلدية سيادة الوالي يشرفني إن أتقدم إليكم سيادة الوالي والمسؤول الأول في الولاية على الادارة المحلية بهذه الشكوى, بعدما سدت في وجهي كل الأبواب ,حيث انه تعرضت لتعسف اداري وانحياز من طرف رئيس دائرة الحروش ولاية سكيكدة شكوى تصحيح الاسم واللقب الى رئيس الدائرة بتاريخ 18/11/2012 بريد مضمون المسجل من طرف اللجنة الدائرة اكثر من 30يوم بدون رد عن الشكوى اندار رسمي للمعني للا خلاء من المسكن يوم 18/11/2012 بريد مضمون بدون نتيجة ــــعريضة الاخلاء من المسكن مع تضلم موجه للسلطات المحلية البلدية الدائرة والوالي ولاية سكيكدة يوم 16/12/2012 بدون رد من طرف السلطات المحلية الابواب مغلوقة في وجوهنا من طرف الحراس رئيس الدائرة الحروش غير موجود للمقابلة حيث ان كعرار لطفي اصبح مستفيد من طرف رئيس دائرة الحروش عن طرق الاحتيال والتعسف الاداري حيث ان صاحب الحقبالوثائق اصبح ضحية من طرف تعسف اداري نحن حاصلين على الوثائق اثبات السكن عقد تنازل ممضى من طرف رئيس البلدية سنة 2000 العداد الكهربائي باسم سوادنية بن مبروك والوثائق مدفوعة في الدائرة ورئيس الدائرة لم يراعي حق التنازع ولم يعترف بالوثائق ولهدا نحن ضحية يا سيادة الوالي ونحن في انتضار التدخل من طرفكم يا سيادة الوالي لوضع حد لهدا التعسف ونحن نطالب بتعويضنا بسكن ولهدا نطلب منكم التدخل مع رئيس دائرة الحروش من اجل انصافنا بالحق وشكرا جزيلا الامضاء صالح بوالشعور في 08/03/2013 Répondre | Répondre à tous |

ورثة سوادنية صبحي خديخة ارملة شهيد سوادنية خميس وعزيز بلدية صالح بوالشعور ولاية سكيكدة 21022 شكـــــوى الى السيد رئيس الحكومة الجزائرية تهديم المسكن محل نزاع قضائي من طرف السلطات المحلية رئيس دائرة الحروش بدون تعويض يوم 24/12/2012 سكيكدة الموضوع/ حقوقنا نزعت منا عن طريق التعسف الاداري من طرف رئيس دائرة الحروش سكيكدة مسكن 03 غرف مغتصب من طرف كعرار لطفي 06 شارع تيفوتي سليمان بلدية صالح بوالشعور استلاء على المسكن بدون وجه حق ولا مبرر شرعي وصاحب مقاولة كهربائية وصاحب الشكارة معالي رئيس الجكومة يشرفني إن أتقدم إليكم معالي رئيس الحكومة والمسؤول الأول في البلاد على الادارة المحلية بهذه الشكوى, بعدما سدت في وجهي كل الأبواب ,حيث انه تعرضت لتعسف اداري وانحياز من طرف رئيس دائرة الحروش ولاية سكيكدة شكوى تصحيح الاسم واللقب الى رئيس الدائرة بتاريخ 18/11/2012 بريد مضمون المسجل من طرف اللجنة الدائرة اكثر من 30يوم بدون رد عن الشكوى اندار رسمي للمعني للا خلاء من المسكن يوم 18/11/2012 بريد مضمون بدون نتيجة ــــ عريضة الاخلاء من المسكن مع تضلم موجه للسلطات المحلية البلدية الدائرة الوالي ولاية سكيكدة يوم 16/12/2012 بدون رد من طرف السلطات المحلية الابواب مغلوقة في وجوهنا من طرف الحراس رئيس الدائرة الحروش غير موجود للمقابلة حيث ان مستغل المنزل كعرار لطفي اصبح مستفيد من طرف رئيس دائرة الحروش عن طرق الاحتيال والتعسف الاداري حيث ان قرار التهديم غير ملصق على الجدران من اجل الحصول على حقوقنا من طرف الغرفة الادارية حيث ان صاحب الحق بالوثائق اصبح ضحية من طرف تعسف اداري نحن حاصلين على الوثائق اثبات السكن عقد تنازل ممضى من طرف رئيس البلدية سنة 2000 العداد الكهربائي باسم سوادنية عزيز بن مبروك والوثائق مدفوعة في المحكمة والدائرة ورئيس الدائرة لم يراعي حق التنازع امام المحاكم ولهدا نحن ضحية يا معالي الرئيس ونحن في انتضار التدخل من طرفكم يا معالي الرئيس لوضع حد لهدا التعسف ونحن نطالب بتعويضنا بسكن ولهدا نطلب منكم التدخل مع اعطاء امر للوالي ولاية سكيكدة من اجل انصافنا بالحق وفتح تحقيق معمق في هده الشكوى ملف على مستوى محكمة الحروش للفصل وشكرا جزيلا صالح بوالشعور 02/02/2013
