Définition Et Prédiction De L'état Thermique Des éléments De La Cylindrée Des Moteurs Diesels : Une Nouvelle Méthodologie

RÉSUMÉ Une nouvelle approche pour la prédiction de l’état thermique des éléments d’un moteur à combustion interne est proposée dans cette étude. Dans une première étape, elle est bien élaborée pour le cylindre du moteur diesel. L’innovation scientifique de la nouvelle méthodologie consiste en l’utilisation des données du bilan énergétique externe pour la définition et la prédiction de l’état thermique de la cylindrée sans mener d’expériences complexes et coûteuses. Cette méthodologie tient compte en plus des différentes composantes du transfert thermique de la chaleur résultante des frottements du tronc de piston et des segments. En bref, l’identification de tous les composants du flux thermique pour le cylindre d’un premier diesel permettra la détermination de l’état thermique des cylindres d’autres moteurs diesels. Elle peut être également vulgarisée par la suite pour déterminer l’état thermique des autres éléments du moteur comme le piston et la culasse, comme elle peut être vulgarisée pour la définition de l’état de chargement mécanique. A B S T R A C T This study deal with a new approach for the definition and prediction of the thermal state of internal combustion engine elements. In this paper, it is well elaborated for diesel engine cylinder liner. The scientific innovation of the new methodology consists in the use of data from external heat balance to determine the thermal state, without carrying out complex and expensive experiments. It takes into account the different heat transfer components: from gas and heat transfer due to friction of piston rings and skirt. In short, the identification of all the components of the heat flux through cylinder liner wall of one diesel will allow to determine the thermal state for others diesel engine. It can also be propagated later to determine the thermal state of other engines components such as piston and cylinder head as it can be spread for the definition of the mechanical loading.
