Dimanche 4 et 5 Février 2018 Hôtel Holiday inn , Chéraga , Alger Conférence sur l’Arbitrage Internationale « les Contrats de construction : de l’exécution à l’évaluation du préjudice » Nous portons à votre connaissance que le Comité ICC Algérie organise, en partenariat avec le World Trade Center le 5 février 2018 à 8h 30 à l'Hôtel Hollyday Inn, situé à l’Hotel Holiday Inn , Chéraga, Alger , une Conférence sur : « les Contrats de construction : de l’exécution à l’évaluation du préjudice ». Cette Conférence sera animée par d’éminents experts étrangers et algériens et a pour but principal : De faire connaître l’importance de certaines clauses du contrat international , De permettre une meilleure maîtrise des dispositions relatives au règlement des différends , plus particulièrement l’arbitrage international ; De comprendre les mécanismes d’évaluation du préjudice subi et les modes de calcul.
