Activite Antilevurienne D’une Souche D’actinobacterie Appartenant Au Genre Streptosporangium Et Isolee D’un Sol Saharien

Une nouvelle souche d’actinobactérie isolée d’un sol saharien, appartenant au genre Streptosporangium et désignée Sg163 présente une activité antilevurienne dirigée principalement contre Candida albicans. Cette activité est évaluée dans différents milieux de culture. Les composés bioactifs sont ensuite extraits et purifiés par chromatographie sur colonne de gel de Séphadex LH-20 et par HPLC, puis caractérisés partiellement par des révélations chimiques et par des analyses spectroscopiques. Les résultats indiquent que la souche de Streptosporangium Sg163 produit trois complexes antibiotiques rattachés au groupe des aminoglycosides. ANTIYEAST ACTIVITY FROM AN ACTINOBACTERIAL STRAIN OF THE GENUS STREPTOSPORANGIUM ISOLATED FROM A SAHARAN SOIL Abstract.- A new strain of actinobaceria isolated from a Saharan soil, belonging to the genus Streptosporangium and designated Sg163 produced an antiyeast activity directed mainly against Candida albicans. The production of the antiyeast activity was evaluated in different culture media. The bioactive compounds were then extracted and purified by column chromatography on LH-20 Sephadex gel and by HPLC, and partially characterized by chemical revelations and spectroscopic analyzes. The results indicate that the strain of Streptosporangium Sg163 produces three antibiotic complexes related to the aminoglycosides group.
