A undated file photo shows missing Austrian Wolfgang Ebner in Hallein. Austria was examining a new message on March 11, 2008 from the apparent kidnappers of two tourists, tax consultant Wolfgang Ebner, 51, and his companion, Andrea Kloiber, 43, whose abduction in north Africa was claimed by al Qaeda. Al Qaeda said on Monday it had kidnapped the two Austrians in Tunisia on February 22 and suggested it had since moved the captives to neighbouring Algeria.
