يتبين من خلال هذه الورقة أن التمويل الجماعي يشكل نشاطا ماليا حديثا في بعض الدول المتقدمة، وعلى الرغم من أن سوق التمويل الجماعي يتميز بالمحدودية إلا أنه يعرف معدلات نمو هامة خلال الفترة الأخيرة. وعلى ضوء هذه التطورات الأخيرة قد يكون من المفيد جدا بالنسبة لعديد الدول الأخرى ضرورة الاستفادة من التطبيقات المعاصرة للتمويل الجماعي قصد توفير مصادر تمويلية غير تقليدية للمشروعات التي تعاني من صعوبات الحصول على التمويل الملائم، أو قصد تطوير المالية المحلية التي تسمح بالتمويل الملائم للمشروعات العمومية عبر مشاركة مواطني المجتمعات المحلية في كل ما يتعلق بعمليات تنفيذ وإدارة المشروعات العمومية ومتابعتها. From this paper, it appears that crowdfunding is a recent emerging financial activity in same developed countries, and although the crowdfunding is small phenomenon, but it could grow rapidly. In light of these latest developments, it is important for many other countries to benefit from new experience of crowdfunding to provide unconventional funding sources for projects that find difficulties with traditional financial sector, or in order to develop the local finance that lead the appropriate fund of public projects through the participation of local community citizens in all that concerns of these public projects.
