أثر تقلبات سعر صرف الدينار مقابل الدولار الأمريكي على رصيد ميزان مدفوعات الجزائر - دراسة تحليلية قياسية للفترة 2000/2014- The Impact Of Fluctuations In The Dinar Exchange Rate On The Balance Of Payments In Algeria During The Period 2000-2014

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الإحاطة بإحدى أكبر التحديات التي تواجه الاقتصاد الجزائري والمتمثلة في تحليل انعكاس تقلبات سعر الصرف على هيكل ميزان مدفوعات الجزائر خلال الفترة 2000-2014، خصوصـا فـي ظـل الاختلالات التـي يشهدها هـذا الأخیـر في السنوات الأخيرة، وقـد توصـلت الدراسـة إلــى نمــوذج قیاســي یثبــت أن ســعر الصـــرف الــدینار مقابــل الـــدولار الأمریكــــي لا يؤثر علــى ميزان المدفوعات الجزائري، وان سياسة تخفيض قيمة العملة الوطنية ليس لها أي تأثير على تحسين وضعية الميزان الكلي خلال فترة الدراسة. وخلصت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة عكسية بين سعر الصرف ورصيد ميزان المدفوعات، كما دل اختبار السببية لـ غرانجر على عدم وجود أي اتجاه للسببية من سعر الصرف إلى رصيد ميزان المدفوعات. This paper aims to analyze the effect of exchange rate fluctuations on the balance of payments of Algeria during the period 2000-2014. the applied results indicated through the econometric model to prove that the exchange rate does not affect the Algerian balance of payments, And the policy of devaluation of the currency have no impact on improving the status of the overall balance during the study period. The study concluded that there was an inverse relationship between the exchange rate and the balance of payments, and Granger's causality test showed that there was no causation trend from the exchange rate to the balance of payments .
