أثر تقلبات أسعار النفط على نمو اقتصاديات الدول المصدرة للنفط The Impact Of Oil Price Fluctuations On The Growth Of The Economies Of Oil-exporting Countries

تعد تقلبات أسعار النفط من العوامل المهمة المؤثرة على النمو الاقتصادي. وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى وجود أثرين مختلفين لهذه التقلبات بالنسبة للدول المصدرة للنفط: الأول إيجابي من خلال زيادة عوائدهم المالية وما يترتب عنها من ازدهار في الحياة الاقتصادية في كافة الميادين، أما الثاني فيعتبر سلبيا نظرا لانخفاض عوائدهم المالية وما يرافقها من تدهور في معدلات النمو الاقتصادي. Oil price fluctuations are important factor affecting the global Economic growth. This study has concluded that these fluctuations affect in two different ways oil-exporting countries: first one is considered positive by increasing financial returns, hence resulting on an increasing economic growth across all sectors; while the second is considered negative due to lower financial returns and accompanying decline in economic growth rates.
