ملخص تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرّف على طبيعة السياسات الضريبية بأنواعها المختلفة ومدى تأثيرها على جذب الاستثمار الأجنبي إلى الجزائر، لما له من أهمية في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية، لا سيما مع انخفاض أسعار النفط وتراجع الطلب عليه، مما دفع بعض الخبراء الاقتصاديين عند الحديث عن مستقبل النفط التلويح بأنّ الدول النفطية ستواجه أزمات مالية في السنوات العشرة المقبلة، إذا لم توسع استثماراتها. Abstract This study aims to present the nature of the different fiscal policies and their impact to attract the foreign investment to Algeria regard to its importance of the economic growth while the oil price and the demand are falling down. This had led some experts to talk about the future of the oil predicting that the oil countries would face financial crises the next decade if the investment doesn't expand.
