نسعى من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إبراز الفكر الحديث الذي تتبناه الجزائر في الآونة الأخيرة والمتمثل في تشجيع الاستثمارات وخاصة في المناطق الجنوبية لما توفره من مناصب شغل ناهيك عن دورها في التنمية المحلية، مع تقديم دعم مالي وفني خاص بتلك المناطق من خلال تلك البرامج والهياكل الدعم المتعددة. وتهدف دراستنا إلى قياس أثر برامج التشغيل المعتمدة من طرف الدولة على زيادة عدد العمال وخفض معدلات البطالة في ولاية أدرار، وذلك باستعمال برنامج (EVIEWS) في تحليل أثر تلك البرامج في القضاء على البطالة. Throughout this research paper,we try to highlight the modern thought adopted by Algeria recently which aims to encourage investigations particularly in the southern areas since this latter provide job.beside its vital role in the local development via various programmes, financial and technical support are given This paper aims to check to which extend the adopted working programme effects the number of employees, increases it and reduces unemployment in Adrar This can be done through the use of EVIEWS programme in the analysis of the procedures in reducing unemployment
