واقع التنمية المستدامة في جامعة ذمار دراسة ميدانية لآراء عينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس

الملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع التنمية المستدامة في جامعة ذمار من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالإضافة إلى دراسة العلاقة بين التنمية المستدامة وكل من المتغيرات الديموغرافية المتمثلة بـ: المرتبة العلمية، وسنوات الخدمة، والدورات التدريبية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة واختبار فرضياتها، فقد تم تطوير استبانه تتكون من (15) فقرة، وتكوّن مجتمع الدراسة من جميع أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة ذمار، وقد تم اختيار عينة مؤلفة من (70) عضو هيئة تدريس، شكلت ما نسبـته (30%) من إجمالي أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعة. أسفرت نتائج الدراسة أن جامعة ذمار تدرك أهمية التنمية المستدامة، كما كشفت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة ذمار نحو التنمية المستدامة وفقاً لكلً من: المرتبة العلمية، وعدد سنوات الخدمة، والدورات التدريبية، فقد كانت قيم مستوى الدلالة المحسوبة للمتغيرات أكبر من قيمتها الجدولية (0.05). Abstract: The study aimed to know the reality of sustainable development at the University of Dhamar, from the point of view of members of the teaching staff, as well as to study the relationship between sustainable development and the demographic variables of B: the scientific, years of service, and training courses.In order to achieve the objectives of the study and test hypotheses, have been developed to identify consists of (15) a paragraph, which is a society the study of all the members of the teaching staff of the University of Dhamar, has been selected a sample of (70) is a member of the teaching staff, formed the rate (30%) of the total members of the teaching staff of the University . The results of the study that Thamar University recognize the importance of sustainable development, as well as the results of the study revealed that there are no significant differences in statistical point of view of members of the teaching staff of the University of Thamar toward sustainable development in accordance with each of: the scientific, and the number of years of service, training courses, the values of the level of significance of the variables calculated value of tabular (0.05).
