واقع استخدام الانترنت في البحث العلمي بالجامعة دراسة ميدانية بجامعة تبسة

تهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تناول خدمة الانترنت وسُبل توظيفها والاستفادة من تطبيقاتها في البحث العلمي لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعة، من خلال استطلاع آراء عينة من أساتذة جامعة تبسة، لمعرفة واقع استخدامهم للانترنت وسبل استثمارها في خدمة البحث العلمي. وتوصلت هذه الدراسة الميدانية إلى نتائج أهمها أن 60% من أفراد العينة يستخدمون الانترنت بصورة مستمرة في الاطلاع على جديد المعلومات ومواكبة التطورات العلمية في مجال تخصصاتهم، حيث ترى نسبة57.69% من المبحوثين أن الانترنت قناة تواصل بحثي وعلمي لا غنى عنها بالنسبة للأستاذ الجامعي، كما بلغ متوسط استخدام الإنترنت بالنسبة للمبحوثين 3 ساعات يوميا، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أن أهم معوقات استخدام الإنترنت في نشاطهم البحثي، يتمثل في بطء سرعة الشبكة والانقطاعات المتكررة في الاتصال، كما بينت أن50% من المبحوثين يرون أن ثقافة الاستخدام الرشيد للانترنت كفيلة برفع مستوى العائد المعلوماتي والمعرفي لدى الباحث. This study aimed to shed light on the internet and how to employ, and to take advantage of applications in scientific research among faculty members, from a survey the opinions of professors at the University of Tebessa, to see the reality of use of the Internet and ways to invest in the service of scientific research. The follow descriptive analysis approach , which is appropriate to the nature of this study concerned with exploring the views on the uses of the Internet. The study reached the field the following results: 60% of respondents use the Internet on an ongoing basis to see new information and keep pace with scientific developments in the field of specialty, the proportion of 57.69% of respondents believed that the Internet channel of communication and scientific research is indispensable for the professor, the average use of the Internet 3 h per day for the respondents, problems are the slow network speed, intermittent communication, the obstacles that pose problems in the face of research activity professors via the Internet, the study also showed that 50% of respondents believe that the culture of rational use of the Internet could raise the level of return to the informational and cognitive researcher.
