Morocco's position on the ocupation of French Algeria (1830-1832)
Throughout history, the Arab Maghreb has known many unitary experiences and it tasted the bitterness of segregation and fragmentation. In these times, it showed its political heterogeneity inspite of its social, cultural and geographical homogeneity. Hence, the political considerations to attack its unity that filled history books especially when it comes to the relationship between its countriesn. However, history still bears in mind shining and honouring attitudes that showed the spirit of brotherhood and solidarity to delete the bad image given by the leaders and stake holders of these contries as well as to give a clear idea about how much people living there are helpful to each other in hard times. The present study tries to uncover one of these attitudes which is the Morroco attitude towards the French colonization to Algeria.
