الملخَّـص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على مساهمة تسيير المعرفة في تنمية رأس المال البشري لدى مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر – فرع بسكرة-، وتم الاعتماد في ذلك على نموذج (Finik & Will, 2003) الذي يعد من أكثر النماذج وضوحا في وصف عمليات تسيير المعرفة، وقمنا بالتركيز أكثر عليه لبناء نموذج خاص بالدراسة يقوم على تنمية رأس المال البشري من خلال عمليات تسيير المعرفة، ومن أهم النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها أن تنمية رأس المال البشري مسؤولية كل من في المنظمة، ويبدأ تجسيده من خلال تسيير المعرفة. Résumé: Cette étude vise à mettre en évidence la contribution de la gestion des connaissances dans le développement du capital humain avec l’entreprise Telecom l'Algérie -Direction Biskra-, ce fut à qui reposent sur un modèle (Finik & Will, 2003) l'un des modèles les plus évidents pour décrire des opérations de la gestion des connaissances, Nous l'avons fait en se concentrant plus pour construire un modèle spécial basé sur l'étude du développement du capital humain par des opérations de La gestion des connaissances, Parmi les résultats les plus importants qui on tété conclus que la développement du capital humain est responsabilité de chacun dans l'organisation, il commence incarné par la gestion de la connaissance. Abstract: This study aimed to highlight the contribution of the knowledge Management in the human capital development with Telecom Algeria Corporation -Biskra Agency-, was relying on that model (Finik & Will, 2003), one of the more obvious models to describe the knowledge Management processes, and we have focusing more upon to build a special model study based on human capital development through knowledge Management processes, and the most important results that have been reached that the human capital development from the responsibility of each organization, and starts running through the knowledge Management.
