Abstract:
In this study, we try highlighting the new strategic approaches for supporting and developing the competitiveness and standing on the upgrading programs and means of support through a comparative study between the Algerian and Moroccan experiences, as well as an attempt to evaluate them and to show their implications for the performance of the Algerian SMEs.
The study concluded that this latter is still suffering from a number of obstacles preventing their ability to grow, such as investment and competition in local and international markets. For they lack several elements as control and development and effectiveness. hence, the need calls for intensified efforts at the macro and micro levels in order to keep up with the changing international business environment.
