دور الإبتكار التكنولوجي في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة

الملخص: مع بداية القرن العشرين ظهرت تغييرات جذرية و مفاهيم جديدة حيث تعاظمت أهمية الاقتصاد المبني على المعرفة، فقوّة أي اقتصاد مبنية على مدى تقدمه التكنولوجي حيث يشهد العالم اليوم تطورات متسارعة بظهور تكنولوجيات جديدة متتالية هذه الأخيرة لعبت دورا مهما في تطوير المجتمعات و تحقيق رفاهيتها كما برز على السّاحة الدولية فكر ينادي بضرورة الاهتمام بالبيئة خاصة بعد ازدياد مصادر التلوث و تنوعها و اكتشاف الآثار الخطيرة التي تنجم عن هذا التلوث . لذا ظهر مفهوم جديد على أرض الواقع و هو التنمية المستدامة التي تعنى بالحفاظ على الموارد للأجيال القادمة و تحقيق النمو الاقتصادي و الاجتماعي . وقصد تحقيق ذلك تعتمد المؤسسات إلى إحداث تجديدات و تحسينات مستمرّة في منتجاتها و خدماتها من خلال الاعتماد على الابتكار التكنولوجي كإستراتيجية تهدف إلى تحقيق أهداف الإدارة البيئية، ولذلك حاولت هذه الورقة توضيح كيف يمكن للإبتكار التكنولوجي أن يساهم في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة. Absract: With the beginning of the twentieth century emerged radical changes and new concepts, where the greater the importance of the knowledge-based economy, strength of an economy based on the extent provided by technology, where the world is witnessing today's developments accelerated the emergence of new technologies consecutive latter played an important role in the development of communities and achieve well-being has emerged as theinternational arena thought advocated the need for special attention to the environment after an increase in pollution sources and diversity and the discovery of the dangerous effects that result from this pollution. Therefore, a new concept emerged on the ground and is sustainable development, which means to preserve the resources for future generations and to achieve economic and social growth. In order to achieve this depends institutions to make renovations and continuous improvements in its products and services by relying on technological innovation as a strategy aimed at achieving the objectives of environmental management, so I tried this paper illustrate how technological innovation can contribute to the achievement of sustainable development.
