دراسة قياسية لأثر سعر الصرف على ميزان المدفوعات – دراسة حالة الجزائر-

يكتسي موضوع تأثير سعر الصرف على ميزان المدفوعات أهمية بالغة، ففي الوقت الذي يعتبر فيه سعر الصرف الأداة المنظمة للتبادل الدولي المعاصر، وذلك لما يوفره من تسهيلات أثناء عمليات التبادل المختلفة التي يمكن من خلالها تحويل عملة بلد إلى عملة بلد أخر و تحدد على أساسها أسعار صرف العملات، فان ميزان المدفوعات لدولة ما عبارة عن تلخيص أو سجل منظم لكل المعاملات الاقتصادية والمالية الدولية التي تتم بين المقيمين في هذه الدولة والمقيمين في بقية دول العالم خلال فترة زمنية (عادة سنة)، ومن خلال هذا الميزان يمكن للدولة معرفة مالها من حقوق وما عليها من التزامات قبل الخارج، ومن ثم تحديد دائنية أو مديونية الدولة للعالم الخارجي. وفي سياق دراسة هذه العلاقة بين سعر الصرف وميزان المدفوعات سنتعرض في هذه الورقة البحثية إلى دراسة قياسية لحالة الجزائر من سنة 2000 إلى سنة 2008 وهذا بالاعتماد على برنامج spss (الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية). Abstract: Is of Multi effect of the exchange rate on the balance of payments of great importance, at a time which is the exchange rate tool of the Organization for International Exchange of contemporary, so it provides facilities during exchanges of different which they can transform country's currency into the currency of another country and determined on the basis of exchange rates currency, the balance of payments of a State is summarized or Register regulator for all transactions international economic and financial, which takes place between residents of this state and residents in the rest of the world during the period of time (usually a year), and through this balance the state can know the wealth of human and everything in it of prior commitments abroad, and then determine the plastic or indebtedness of the state to the outside world. In the context of this study, the relationship between the exchange rate and balance of payments're going in this paper is to examine the record of the case of Algeria from 2000 to 2008, and this year, depending on the program SPSS (Statistical package for social sciences).
