تحقیق الأداء التسویقي من خلال جودة الخدمة البنكیة على ضوء التحولات المالیة: المساھمة والانعكاسات -دراسة حالة البنك الوطني الجزائري-

الملخص: إن ما یمیز بیئة الأعمال الحالیة لأغلب البنوك التجاریة مبدأ ثابت ووحید وھو التغییر والتطویر، وإنھ لمن الصعب علیھا تحقیق أھم أھدافھا وھو البقاء والاستمرار دون التمیز والتطور في مجال خدماتھا، ففي ظل بیئة الأعمال الحدیثة ومع ما یشھده العالم من تطورات سریعة خاصة في القطاع المالي والمصرفي، فإنھ وجب على البنوك التجاریة مسایرة ھذه التطورات من خلال الاھتمام بجودة خدماتھا وبالتالي الرفع من أدائھا التسویقي. حیث نھدف من خلال ھذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على تحلیل انعكاسات وأثر جودة الخدمة بأبعادھا في تحسین الأداء التسویقي في البنوك التجاریة في ضوء التحولات المالیة، ولتحقیق أھداف الدراسة سیتم استخدام استبانة لغرض جمع البیانات، ومن ثم القیام بالتحلیل الاحصائي بالاعتماد على مقاییس الإحصاء الوصفي. Where the primary goal of this study was to identify the analysis of the implications and impact of service quality dimensions in improving marketing performance in commercial banks in the light of the financial transitions, and to achieve objectives of the study will be used to identify for the purpose of collecting data, and then do statistical analysis based on descriptive statistics standards.
