Abstract: Characterized the recent period in Algeria sharp decline of oil prices, which is the primary source of Treasury financing, Falling oil prices have greatly affected the Algerian economy and it reflected it on various public policy development, and the adoption of austerity policies in various fields, such policies touched the different groups in society, especially the holders of university degrees. From this point of view, the goal of this study is to determine the procedures established by the government's desire to confront the deteriorating situation, which reflected on the category of university graduates, as were proposals for solutions to cope with the situation a way that does not harm any party is part of our primary goal.
