-المنحى المقاصدي لقواعد الإمام المقري -قسم المعاملات المالية أنموذجا

Abstract The researchers in the Sharia's aims have identified the presence of the sharia in the various narratives of the Islamic sciences, especially those related to the jurisprudence. The scholars have seen the case law from different angles, which to present an interest at the end of the diversification of educational methodologies. Among the works in the doctrinal rules is highlighted the book of Imam el Makari Abu Abdullah, which is one of the most important works in this sense. This research does not aim to study Makari's approach and his arguments by the rules formulated in his book, but rather to highlight certain aspects of Makassed surrounding these rules. ملخص البحث: لقد نظر علماء الشريعة إلى الفقه نظرة ذات أبعاد مختلفة، ومن بينها تلك النظرة التي تعنى بالبعد المقاصدي، وفي هذا الإطار يبرز كتاب قواعد المقري أبو عبد الله، حيث يهدف هذا البحث إلى تجلية بعض الجوانب المقاصدية التي اكتنفت تلك القواعد والضوابط، مع قصر مجال الكشف عنها على قسم المعاملات المالية منه.
