المقاربة بالكفاءات ماهيتها ودواعي تبنيها في المنظومة التربوية الجزائرية



The competence is seen as a necessary term in the humanities and social sciences today, as it has become common in various areas. The representation of the competence has been developed to a point of view considering the adaptation from the individual with his social, cultural and political environment and its capacity for creativity which are basic objectives promoted by the various companies. The education and training to meet competency model is now a proper strategy in this direction, in fact we have attempted to identify the most important different representation of the concept of competence, this pedagogy view promotes the teacher’s skills and learning ,and improve the performance level of each of them through a set of situations and integration projects that put the learner at the center of learning away from indoctrination and repetition that had been put in the pedagogy by objectives. We also discussed approaches that deal with the competence in its many apprehensions, taking knowledge of the different politico-philosophical reasons and scientific-teaching that prompted the education system to adopt this practice.
