العوامل المؤثرة على عمل البرلمان بين القيود القانونية والاعتبارات السياسية

ملخص: إن هذه الدراسة تقوم على أساس البحث عن دور الأحزاب السياسية وجماعات الضغط، واللجان البرلمانية في التأثير وتوجيه إرادة المشرع نحو سن قانون يخدم كل منها، ومن ثم فإن البحث في هذا الموضوع هو محاولة منا تسليط الضوء على الجوانب القانونية والسياسية لدور الأحزاب السياسية وجماعات الضغط، واللجان البرلمانية وتأثيرها على عمل السلطة التشريعية.
