الصلابة النفسية لدى أعوان الحماية المدنية في ضوء متغير الخبرة المهنية (دراسة مقارنة بمدينة البويرة)

Abstract This research aims to identify differences in the levels of hardiness psychological through professional experience of firefighters. The sample of this study consisted of (34) firefighters divided into two equal parts; (17) firefighters who have less than one year of experience, and (17) others with experience greater than (5) years. The researcher has applied the descriptive analytical method, which made it possible to have quantitative data of psychological hardiness and make a comparison. The results showed a statistically significant difference in the level of psychological hardiness of firefighters; it has been found that firefighters who have experience greater than (5) years have more hardiness psychological then firefighters with less than 1 year of experience, And as regards the «commitment and challenge» dimensions, significant statistical differences were found, but there were not statistical statistically significant differences in «control» dimension.
