الخبرات المهنية للعاملين بالمكتبات الجامعية و دورها في تطوير الخدمات: من خلال توصيف المهام بمكتبة جامعة الجزائر 1

الملخص: دراسة تحليلية لمحتوى دليل العمل الذي تعتمد عليه مكتبة جامعة الجزائر 1، من خلال توصيف المهام بهدف استكشاف اتجاهات الخبرات المهنية للعاملين بالمكتبة ومعرفة الدور الذي تلعبه في تطوير الخدمات بها، واقتراح تصور بتوصيف للخبرات المهنية للعاملين بها. وقد اظهرت الدراسة بأنه لا يوجد توصيف للوظائف تعتمد عليه المكتبة في توضيح مهام كل عامل ناهيك عن توصيف الخبرات المهنية الذي يمكن ان تعتمد عليه في تحسين الأداء ومن ثم الخدمات المقدمة للمستفيد. كما أثبتت الدراسة أن ثمة انعكاسات لتقنيات المعلومات الحديثة وما يرتبط بها من تطبيقات في المكتبات، حيث تمثلت هذه الأخيرة في حوسبة الفهرس وتصميم موقع الكتروني للمكتبة وتقنيات الرقمنة التي ارتبطت برقمنة الوثائق النادرة من خلال مشروع جزائريات، الا أن المكتبة لا تقدم خدمات باستخدام تقنيات الويب 0.2، وشبكات التواصل الاجتماعي في تسويق خدماتها. Abstract: Annalistic study of the content of the work guide adopted by the library of Algiers University- 1, through the description of functions in order to discover the orientations of the workers professional experiences in the library and to know the role that it plays to develop its services, and to propose a vision of the description of workers professional experiences. The study shows that there is not a description of the functions adopted by the library in the explanation of the functions of each worker, without forgetting the description of professional experiences that can be adopted for the improvement of performance, and so the services offered to the beneficiary. The study has proved that there are consequences of modern data techniques and all libraries applications that are related with. These last appears in the computerizing of the repertoire and designing of a web site of the library and numerating techniques related with the numerating of the rare documents by the Project Algerians. But the library does not offer services using web techniques 0.2 and social media nets in the marketing of its services.
