الحماية القانونية للطفل المجني عليه

ملخص: إن الطفل أساس تنمية المجتمع لذّلك حمايته أولوية الأولويات سواء بالنسبة للدولة والعائلة، إضافة إلى أن ملامح شخصية الطفل وذكاؤه ينموا في كنف بيئة تراعي إحتياجاته النفسية والعقلية منذ السنوات الأولى فيعول عليه لبناء الأمة فيكون مؤهلا حتى لإستلام مراكز قيادية. أما إذا نشأ في ظروف صعبة كالإهمال و العنف و سوء المعاملة أو الإستغلال أو الإساءة المعنوية والبدنية والجنسية فيصبح الطفل غير قادر حتى على مساعدة نفسه. لذلك نجد واضعي القانون الدولي والداخلي أولو إهتماما بالغا بالطفل تجسد في الإعتراف له بإعتباره فردا في الأسرة البشرية بحقوقه على قدم المساواة مع الكبار لتأثيره الكبير على المجتمع فبالقضاء على الأطفال يقضى على المجتمع.
