الحماية الفعالة للاقتصاد الوطني كإستراتيجية للشراكة والاستقطاب الصناعي (دراسة تطبيقية على قطاع الأدوية في الجزائر)‏

‏ The effective protection of national economies is concerned as one of the new basic ‎methods that require to Algeria including in its foreign trade policy, to which the state can ‎protect their domestic markets, resulting in strengthen the partnership strategy and attractiveness ‎of the local and foreign investments. It is also a method that helps an investor to establish ‎‎ branches inside, to avoid tariffs’ encumbrance, which contributes to the increase of national ‎wealth and then the national income, particularly if resources which are exploited by local ‎industries and which attracted foreign capital were employed before, due to the lack usage from ‎the National capital.‎ ‎ Accordingly, this research aims to study the impact of the effective protection of economy’s ‎national in general and national product in particular (especially the pharmaceutical industry) ‎on the partnership strategy and its role in attracting investment resources with the opening of the ‎Algerian economy to the global economic system‎
