The study aimed to explore effect of internal corporate governance mechanism on cost of capital in Jordanians industrial corporation.the population of the study consisted of all Industrial Companies listed in Amman stock exchange and braved 70 companies. The study sample amounted to 30 companies and 43% roughly. For the purpose of achieving the objective of the study.the researcher developed a questionnaire was distributed to a number of owners of leadership positions working in companies involved in the study sample addition to the external auditor to gather the necessary information to conduct the study , in addition to the information that has been obtained from the financial statement
