الابتكار في التدريب والتعليم لإدارة الجودة الشاملة (دراسة ميدانية في البنوك الجزائرية)



This research represents an attempt to know if there are training an learning in the Algerian banks, and if they are really suitable for the application of Total Quality Management. The research covers two areas : the theoretical aspect related to the research concepts and related literature, and the applied aspect which includes an explanation of the research methodology, results, and most important conclusions. The study was based on one major hypothese: “there are no statistically significant differences between the learning and training within Algerian banks and between the learning and training required for the application of Total Quality Management”. To test the research model and hypothese, a sample of five (5) Algerian banks was selected. In addition, 100 employees were selected. To obtain the data related to the research, we used questionnaires that were distributed to the employees in the banks under study.
