This study aims to determine the impact of the quality of working life through its dimensions: "the physical working conditions, job characteristics, wages and compensation system, work group or team, President style of supervision, participation in decision-making," the quality of banking services provided by staff commercial banks through its dimensions: "tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, safety, and empathy." The study found a significant impact of the life functional quality on the quality of banking services provided by the staff, and the presence of significant effect for only two dimensions: participation in decision-making and working conditions, on the quality of the banking services provided.
