Algeria In the context of a shift towards a market economy and ‎directing economic liberalization has sought to integrate into the ‎global economy, and not to stay in isolation from global economic ‎developments and popped it through dialogue, which was initiated ‎by the EC which resulted after a series of negotiations for the signing ‎of the partnership agreement on 22 April 2002, to enter into force in ‎September 2005, which allows progressive liberalization of foreign ‎trade with EU countries. This is what makes incumbent on the ‎Algerian state to reconsider its economic policy and in line with the ‎requirements of economic globalization.
