فتح باب تقديم الأفلام للدورة 12 من مهرجان وهران الدولي للفيلم العربي

يُعلن مهرجان وهران الدولي للفيلم العربي عن فتح باب التسجيل للمشاركة في الدورة 12 التي ستقام من 4 إلى 10 أكتوبر، في فئات الأفلام الروائية الطويلة والأفلام الوثائقية الطويلة والأفلام الروائية القصيرة، من خلال التسجيل على رابط موقع المهرجان، على أن توافق الأفلام شروط المشاركة التي حدّدتها محافظة المهرجان.

وأوضح المهرجان أن من أهم شروطه أن تكون الأفلام من إنتاج سنة 2023 و2024 ولم يسبق لها المشاركة في مهرجانات جزائرية ولم يتم عرضها على الجمهور الجزائري من قبل، وأيضا لم يتم بثّها على أي قناة تلفزيونية أو عبر المنصات الرقمية.

كما يشترط المهرجان أن يحمل الفيلم هويّة عربية من جهة الإنتاج أو الإخراج، أما الأفلام التي تكون قيد الإنجاز فيُرجى ذكر ذلك مع تحديد الموعد النهائي لجاهزية الفيلم.

وبالنسبة للغة، فيجب أن تُقدّم الأفلام بلغتها الأصلية، وفي حال كانت ناطقة بغير اللغة العربية وجب إدراج ترجمة نصيّة أو دبلجة للعربية، وبعد توافق الأفلام مع الشروط يجب على المشاركين ملء استمارة التسجيل على الموقع الرسمي للمهرجان.

وعن فتح باب التسجيل للدورة 12 من المهرجان، قال الفنان عبد القادر جريو، إن الدورة الجديدة ستسعى لاستقطاب الأسماء الجديدة في السينما العربية وجعل المهرجان نافذة مهمة على التطور اللافت في المشهد السينمائي العربي، كما ستعرف زخما كبيرا من خلال البرنامج المُسطّر ووضع أسس جديدة لدعم الصناعة السينمائية في الجزائر والعالم العربي وجعل هذا الحدث السينمائي مركزا للتأثير في السينما العربية، ناهيك عن إبراز الجانب السياحي لمدينة وهران الساحرة بالشراكة الوثيقة مع السلطات المحلية للمدينة.

يُذكر أن محافظ المهرجان الفنان عبد القادر جريو وفريقه، يسعون لقيادة الدورة 12 نحو تحقيق حضور عربي قوي ومميز لنجوم السينما وصناعها في العالم العربي وتطوير أهداف الدورات السابقة من خلال الأفكار الجديدة وملامسة البعد الدولي للمهرجان، وأيضا تغطية إعلامية قوية للتظاهرة السينمائية والترويج السياحي لمدينة وهران عروس البحر المتوسط.

مهرجان وهران الدولي للفيلم العربي تم تأسيسه عام 2007، ويعدّ نافذة كبيرة على السينما العربية كما يحمل بعدا دوليا من خلال برامجه المتنوّعة إلى جانب العروض والندوات والنقاشات والورشات، وتحتضنه مدينة وهران الساحلية غربي الجزائر.



The Oran International Arabic Film Festival announces the opening of registration for the 12th edition, which will be held from October 4 to 10. The festival includes categories for feature films, feature documentaries, and short films. Registration can be completed through the festival's website, all submissions are required to respect with the rules and regulations set by the organizers.

The festival clarified that one of the main conditions is that films must be produced in 2023 or 2024.

They should not have previously participated in any Algerian festival, and should not have been screened to the Algerian audience. Additionally, they must not have been broadcast on any television channel or digital platform.

The festival also stipulates that films should have an Arab identity. The director of the film should hold an Arab identity, regardless of the country of production. For films still in post-production, this must be clearly stated in the notes section of the registration form, along with the specified delivery date of the film.

Regarding language, films should be presented in their original language. If the film is not in Arabic, it must include Arabic subtitles.

For Arabic-speaking films, English subtitles are mandatory. Participants must fill out the registration form on the festival's official website; no other form of submission will be accepted.

Speaking about the opening of registration for the 12th edition, the festival director Abdelkader Djeriou stated that the new edition will aim to attract new names in Arab cinema and make the festival an important window into the remarkable developments in the Arab film scene. The festival will gain significant drive through its program and will establish new foundations to support the film industry in Algeria and the Arab world, making this event a center of influence in Arab cinema.

Additionally, it will highlight the touristic appeal of the magic city of Oran in close partnership with the local authorities.

Festival director, Abdelkader Djeriou, and his team aim to lead the 12th edition towards achieving a strong and distinguished Arab presence of cinema stars guests and filmmakers. They also aim to develop the goals of previous editions through new ideas, touch on the international dimension of the festival, and provide strong media coverage, while promoting tourism in Oran.

Established in 2007, and hosted by the coastal city of Oran in western Algeria, the Oran International Arab Film Festival is considered a significant event for the Arab cinema. It has an international dimension through its diverse programs, including screenings, seminars, discussions, and workshops.

La 12ème édition du Festival International du Film Arabe d'Oran, qui se tiendra du 4 au 10 octobre, ouvre ses portes aux inscriptions pour les compétitions officielles.

Le festival accueillera les longs métrages de fiction, les longs métrages documentaires et les courts métrages de fiction. Les inscriptions sont désormais accessibles via le site web du festival, et chaque soumission doit être conforme au règlement établi par les organisateurs.

Quant à la langue, les films doivent être présentés dans leur version originale, avec des sous-titres en arabe pour ceux qui ne sont pas dans cette langue. Les films en langue arabe doivent également inclure des sous-titres en anglais.

Les participants sont invités à remplir le formulaire d'inscription sur le site web officiel du festival ; aucune autre méthode de soumission ne sera acceptée.

Abdelkader Djeriou, commissaire du festival, a souligné que cette nouvelle édition vise à attirer de nouveaux talents du cinéma arabe et à offrir une vitrine sur les avancées remarquables de la scène cinématographique régionale.
