دور وأهمية الجودة الشاملة في عملية التقويم التربوي



Modern learning theories, especially cognitive theories, emphasize that the learning process is not achieved gust through listening, watching or feeling, but via the improvement of the learners acquired knowledge that change on basis of their development and the development of their skills. The achievement of quality in academic institution is not a difficult task, but needs a clear vision and an educational strategy of development from all its members such as the group of teachers and administrators. They are called to take part in the development of this academic institution. Thus a part of the visible problems in education institution can be recapitulated in that neither work together in order to achieve and realize the objectives of the academic institution and nor give much importance to the assessment process of the system outputs at all levels (the method , the syllabus , the school) .
