تحليل أثر مصادر ضغوط العمل في المؤسسة الاقتصادية دراسة ميدانية: المؤسسة المينائية - سكيكدة.

This study aims to identify the extent of the work stress in the port company- skikda, analyze its causes, and determine their effects at the level of human resources and company. To achieve the objectives of this study, a questionnaire was developed and distributed on the sample which was chosen randomly,it counted (267), the statistical package of social science (spss), the data analysis has led to the following results: the nurses suffer from work pressure as there is statistically significant effect of level of work stress. Moreover, there are significant statistical differences in the level of stress related to demographic variable.
