الــملـخص نهتم في هذا المقال بدراسة تصور الزمن الذاتي لدى حالة الاكتئاب الحصري، بهدف توضيح معيار الزمن الذاتي في التشخيص السيكوباثولوجي كمحدد لحجم المعاناة النفسية، و فاصل دقيق لتشخيص و التنبؤ بهذه الحالة و هذا نظرا لصعوبة تشخيص هذه الوحدة الإكلينيكية كزملة مستقلة في الدليل الإحصائي للطب العقلي الأمريكي DSM IV trأو الدليل الإحصائي الأوربي CIM10 حيث نسير نحو قراءة تحليلية زمنية نفسية لخطاب الإكتئابي الحصري في دراسة حالة فاطمة 48 سنة، أين نلمس الصيرورة الزمنية للأبعاد النفسية و الاجتماعية في التعبير اللفظي و الإنفعالي حيث فهم التكوين أو البناء النفسي الزمني يوضح باثولوجية توظيفها النفسي. Abstract The psychopathological study on the representation if subjective time in the anxious depressed that we propose will focus on the subjective criterion- time-in psychopathological diagnosis as a precursor to the rate of mental suffering as a discriminating and determining the diagnosis and prognosis for the development of anxious depression. Given this state of fact, and the difficulty of diagnosis this nosological entity as an independent syndrome in the DSM-IV tr or the ICD-10, we are moving towards a psycho-analytical reading time facing the speech of depressed anxious illustrate the case study of Fatima aged 48 , where we find that process of time appears in its psychosocial dimensions of verbal and emotional expressions, which illuminates an understanding of the psycho-temporal structure whose purpose is to highlight the pathology of mental functioning of our case
