الشروط و الأحكام:

1 - المسابقة مفتوحة لجميع المخرجين والمنتجين في إطار مؤسساتي أو فردي شرط أن تكون الأفلام جزائرية (المخرج أو المنتج).

2 - المسابقة مفتوحة لفئة الأفلام القصيرة الروائية فقط (تعتبر أفلام التحريك ضمن الأفلام الروائية).

3 - مواضيع الأفلام غير مقيدة بشرط دون المساس بالثوابت الوطنية و رموز الدولة ولا يحتوي على مادة مسيئة أو عنصرية.

4 - مدة الفيلم لا تتعدى 30 دقيقة مع جنيزيك البداية والنهاية.

5 - تشكل لجنة انتقاء الأفلام المشاركة من مختصين في مجال السينما، من مخرجين محترفين لضمان حيادية الإنتقاء و كذا رفع مستوى المنافسة.

6 - يتم إبلاغ نتائج المشاركة عن طريق ارسال دعوة رسمية عبر البريد الالكتروني. لمخرجي الأفلام مقبولة للدخول في المنافسة الرسمية.

7 - على كل مخرج أو منتج عليه إرسال ملف التسجيل قبل تاريخ : 01 ديسمبر 2023 وذلك بملأ الإستمارة الإلكترونية Google Form.

8 - للجنة المنظمة الحق استخدام مقاطع من الأفلام المشاركة لأغراض دعاية .

9 - تخصص جوائز مالية وجوائز تشجيعية للفئات التالية:

*جائزة أحسن فيلم : 50.000.00 دج + شهادة + تروفي

*جائزة أحسن الإخراج: 30,000.00دج + شهادة + تروفي

*جائزة احسن سيناريو : 20.000.00دج + شهادة + تروفي

*جائزة لجنة التحكيم : 20.000.00 دج + شهادة + تروفي

*تنويهات خاصة (شهادة خاصة)

*يتحصل جميع المشاركين على شهادات مشاركة.

10 - تتعهد اللجنة المنظمة بتوفير ظروف عرض احترافية حسب الإمكانات المتاحة.

11 - الأفلام المبرمجة للمنافسة الرسمية يتم تقييمها من طرف لجنة تحكيم مشكلة من محترفي السينما مخرجين و كتاب سيناريو.

12 - يحق للجنة التحكيم حجب أي جائزة من الجوائز كما لها كل الصلاحية في تنويه أفلام ترى أنها تستحق تشجيع خاص.

13 - قرارات لجنة التحكيم غير قابلة للطعن.

14 - الأفلام المشاركة يتم تمثيليا من طرف شخص واحد من فريق الفيلم. ويقصى أي فيلم لم يحضر ممثل عنه.

15 - يلتزم كل المشاركين في المسابقة الرسمية بإحضار أقراص مضغوطة DVD أو USB تتضمن الأفلام التي سيتم عرضها بالإضافة للملصقة الفيلم الإشهارية.

16 - في حالة حدوث أي إشكال لم يتم التطرق له في قانون المسابقة تلتزم اللجنة المنظمة بالفصل فيه.

17 - تتكفل الهيئة المنظمة للتظاهرة بإيواء وإطعام المشاركين طيلة أيام المنافسة.فيما يخص النقل على عاتق المشاركين

You'll find below the terms & conditions as well as the link of submission.

Terms and Conditions:

1 - The competition is open to all directors and producers, individual or under organizations, and the films must be Algerians (Producer or Director).

2 - The competition is open to the short narrative films category only (animation films are considered narrative films).

3 - The films' themes are not restricted, without prejudice to national principles and symbols, and they do not contain offensive or racist material.

4 - The duration of the film must not exceed 30 minutes, including credit sequence.

5 - The selection committee for participating films is formed from specialists in the field of cinema, including professional directors and screenwriters, to ensure the impartiality of the selection and to raise the level of competition.

6 - The directors of the selected films in the official competition will be contacted by sending an official invitation via email.

7 - Every director or producer must submit the registration file before the date: December 1, 2023, by filling out the electronic form on Google Form.

8 - The organizing committee has the right to use clips from participating films for advertising purposes.

9 - Money prizes and motivational prizes are awarded to the winners in the following categories:

*Best Film Award: 50,000.00 DZD + certificate + trophy

*Best Direction Award: 30,000.00 DZD + certificate + trophy

*Best scenario award: 20,000.00 DZD + certificate + trophy

*Jury Prize: 20,000.00 DZD + ertificate + trophy

*Special mentions (special certificate)

*All participants will receive participation certificates

10 - The organizing committee pledges to provide professional screening conditions according to the available capabilities.

11 - Films scheduled for the official competition are evaluated by juries composed of professional film directors and screenwriters.

12 - The jury has the right to withhold any award, and it also has full authority to mention films that it deems worthy of special encouragement.

13 - The decisions of the juries are not subject to appeal.

14 - Selected films will be presented by one person from the film's crew. Any film which has no person to present it will be excluded.

15 - All participants in the official competition are obligated to bring DVD or USB that include the films in addition to the film’s poster.

16 - If any problem occurs that is not addressed in the competition law, the organizing committee is obligated to decide on it.

17 - The organization is responsible for accommodations and food for the participants throughout the days of the competition. With regard to transportation, the participants are responsible.
