نشـأة الجامعـات وتطورهـا

حيث أن الجامعة تطورت من ناحية بنائها والأعضاء المشكلين والمنتمين لها، على اعتبار أنها في البداية كانت تعني فقط بالطبقة الغنية من المجتمع ولم تكن تولي اهتماما ورعاية للطبقة الفقيرة، فكأنما كانت جامعة خاصة على اعتبار أن الطبقة الغنية تساهم في تطويرها ونموها من ناحية التجهيزات والعتاد، نظرا لامتلاكها للإمكانيات المادية. على اعتبار أن هذه الطبقة تعتبر كمصدر ممول للجامعة، بالإضافة إلى هيكلها التنظيمي البسيط، أما وظائفها فكانت لا تتعدى التدريس كوظيفة هامة بالنسبة للجماعات في مراحلها الأولى. ومع تطور المجتمع وتعقد الحياة الذي أثر بدوره على المؤسسات الاجتماعية بما فيها مؤسسة الجامعة التي لزم عليها بدورها ضرورة التغيير في بنائها وتنظيمها ووظائفها حتى تستطيع مواكبة التطور الحضاري في تلك المجتمعات، عن طريق الأخذ بالتكنولوجيا والمعرفة التي وصلت إليها الدول الأخرى وأن تستجيب لمتطلبات نمو مجتمعها، بإعداد القوى العاملة المؤهلة المدربة لذلك، وأن تستجيب لمتطلبات نمو مجتمعها، بإعداد القوى العاملة المؤهلة المدربة لذلك، واندماجها في سوق العمل، بالإضافة إلى ضبط سلوكها حتى يتوافق مع معايير وقيم مجتمعها. L’université s’est développé à la fois dans sa forme et de par les membres qui la composent et en font partie. Ce développement est intervenu après que l’université était intéressée seulement par la classe riche de la société. Elle ne donnait aucune importance ni égard à la classe pauvre. Elle était telle une institution privée parce que les riches contribuaient à son développement et à son évolution en lui fournissant des équipements et du matériel car cette classe sociale est détentrice d’une grande fortune et représentait le premier sponsor de l’université, en plus de son cadre organisationnelle simple alors que ses fonctions ne dépassaient pas plus que l’enseignement comme une tâche fondamentale. Avec l’évolution de la société et la complication de la vie, et qui a eu impact sur les institutions sociales, l’université a été obligé de changer dans sa composition, son organisation et son fonctionnement afin qu’elle puisse suivre le développement civilisationnel de ces sociétés notamment à travers la technologie et la connaissance atteints par les autres pays, et en répondant aux exigences de croissance de sa société par la préparation de la main d’œuvre qualifié, l’implication dans le marché de l’emploi et l’adaptation de son comportement avec les normes et les valeurs de la société. The university has developed in both its form and the members and belongers that represent it. This development came started from a point where the university was interested only in the rich people without giving any importance to the poor. It was as a private institution because the rich contributed in its development and evolution by providing it with equipment and material since this social class is owner of a large fortune and represent the first sponsor of the university in addition to its simple organizational frame whereas its functions were not more than teaching as a fundamental task. With the evolution of the society and the complication of life with their social impact, the university was obliged toot to get changed in its building, organization and function to go with the civilizational development of its society. This change should come through technology and knowledge reached by other countries, providing the society with the means with which it can develop with the hands of its working and well trained force, involvement in the job market and the adaptation of its behavior with its society’s norms and values.
