This study aims to identify the educational leadership patterns prevailing in mascara middle schools, as well as knowledge of the extent of the contribution of the democratic leadership style for middle school headmaster in improving the performance of the teacher in particular, through the distribution of 190 questionnaires to a sample of teachers distributed in 22 middle schools.
On of the most important results reached is the availability of the three leading patterns in diffrent middle schools, the democratic style with a high degree, the set free with a medium degree, and the authoritarian at a lesser extent, in addition to having a strong positive impact for the democratic leadership pattern at the level of teachers’ performance.
